OVERVIEW QQube Version 10.2 Build 609 corrects an issue with Payroll Liability Checks being counted twice in the general ledger when using the date extract from feature, accommodates links and sending of log file to new support system, and adds ability to create log directly to desktop.
BUGS
Fix issue where Payroll Liability Checks were counted twice in the general ledger detail when using the date extract from feature in the QQube Configuration Tool.
Fix issue where incorrect number of records marked billable in a multi-company situation.
Fix Profit and Loss Detail Formula in Crystal Report example so that the display of number signage is correct.
ENHANCEMENTS
Added feature in the QQube Configuration Tool to create a log directly on the desktop.
Addressed all links within the QQube Configuration to accommodate new support center articles and urls.
Send to CLEARIFY log goes to the new ticket system.
New rules for verbose logging to ensure that large logs for multiple companies only send the shortened version.
If you have one QuickBooks file, then verbose logs are always checked and can't be changed by the user.
If you have multiple files, then verbose logs can be checked on or off. By default, it will be off.
If you have multiple files and use the Send to CLEARIFY button, then it will not send verbose information - regardless of how it is checked.
If you have multiple files and use the new "Copy Log to Desktop", there are no restrictions - it can be checked or unchecked.
