The QQube Employee Dimension contains a non-sensitive subset of employee information from QuickBooks. It supports employee-based analysis without exposing confidential personal or payroll information.

The fields are derived from the Employee List in QuickBooks.

The Employee Dimension intentionally excludes sensitive personal and payroll information so it can be used in analytics viewed by non-administrative personnel.

Employee versus Employee HR

Use the Employee Dimension for general reporting. The Employee HR Dimension contains the complete employee record, including sensitive personal and payroll information, and is reserved for the Payroll data model and administrative users.
