Overview
There are two methods available for sorting QuickBooks data in a Dynamic List
- Within the Range of Data - clicking on a column (down arrow option)
- Advanced Sorting Option available on the Data ribbon, to allow you to sort by multiple columns.
Sorting Within the Range of Data
Click on the "Down Arrow" at the top of the column you wish to sort the whole data block on.
Advanced Sorting
Use the Sort Icon on the Data ribbon to sort on multiple columns - each column having the individual option to be ascending or descending. Additional options for Case Sensitive, and top/bottom vs left/right.
