Payroll Item Summary

The QQube Payroll Item Dimension contains wage and non-wage payroll items from QuickBooks. It supports payroll analysis by item name, category, type, and the related expense and liability accounts.

Payroll item information comes from the wage and non-wage payroll items in QuickBooks.

QuickBooks exposes limited payroll-item detail. When related payroll items must be combined for analysis, such as the employee and employer portions of Medicare, the items may need to be mapped using the Payroll Item Name.

Payroll items do not have subitems and exist at a single level.

Missing or inapplicable payroll item information appears as (No Payroll Item).
