Account and Subscription Information

Overview

The About QQube page displays the licensing, subscription, version, and update information for the installed QQube system.

Open the QQube Configuration Tool and select Account > About QQube.

Information displayed

1. License ID — Identifies the installed QQube license.
2. Support expiration date — Shows the current subscription or support expiration date.
3. License edition — Identifies the installed QQube edition.
4. Company allowance — Shows the number of QuickBooks company files that may be stored simultaneously in the QQube Database.
5. Installed versions
   1. Application Version.
   2. Procedure Version.
   3. Database Version.
6. Update status — Indicates whether the installed QQube version is current. When a later version is available, the update message becomes a link.
7. Release Notes — Opens the release history and details for QQube updates.
