Managing Your License

Overview

The Manage My License page allows you to update or deactivate the QQube license installed on the computer.

This operation must be performed from the Windows account used for the original QQube installation:

• Single-User Edition: Sign in as the Windows user under which QQube was originally installed.
• Multi-User Edition: Sign in to the Windows account used to install the Multi-User Server portion. You cannot manage the license from a regular reporting user's server session.

When to use this feature

• Update the license after renewal: Enter the new license code supplied with the renewal receipt.
• Restore access to the latest version: Update the license after renewing a subscription that had already expired.
• Move QQube to another computer or server: Deactivate the current installation before installing and activating QQube on the replacement system.
