Model Summary

The QQube Trial Balance Activity Data Model provides monthly beginning balances, current activity, and ending balances across a configured three-year period. It supports actual and budget analysis that is not available as a standard QuickBooks report.

Three-Year Period Logic

The 36 monthly periods are controlled in the QQube Configuration Tool.

The period labels change with the configured financial reporting range. The prepared model retains the same measure structure for Periods 01 through 36.

QuickBooks Data Limitations

QuickBooks does not provide this Trial Balance Activity structure as a standard report.

QQube combines beginning balance, current activity, ending balance, debit, credit, actual, and budget values in one prepared model.

Prepared Excel Measures

The Excel and Excel PivotTable model includes 348 prepared measures. Repeating period measures are summarized by range instead of listing every month separately.
