Overview
Use Manage My License to update, renew, or deactivate your QQube license.
Where to perform this operation
- Single-User installation: Sign in with the Windows user that originally installed QQube.
- Multi-User installation: Sign in where QQube Multi-User Server was originally installed. Do not use a separate server user login.
When to use Manage My License
- Enter a new license code received after renewing your subscription.
- Refresh the license after renewing past the expected renewal date so you can update to the latest QQube release.
- Deactivate QQube before installing it on a replacement server.
Open Manage My License
Open the QQube Configuration Tool and select Manage My License.
Expected result
After the license operation is completed, QQube will reflect the updated subscription or deactivation status.
