Overview
Remove a company file only when directed by CLEARIFY Support. This is normally used to isolate a QuickBooks file during troubleshooting.
When this may be required
If several QuickBooks files are connected and one appears to contain damaged data, CLEARIFY Support may ask you to remove the other files temporarily so the affected file can be tested by itself.
Warning
Removing a company file also removes that company’s data from the QQube database.
Remove the company file
In the QQube Configuration Tool, select the company file you were instructed to remove, and then click Remove.
Select and remove the company
Confirm that the correct company is highlighted before continuing.

Important notes
- Removing the data for a large company file may take several minutes.
- QQube cannot leave the company list empty. If you remove the only listed company, you must add another company or cancel the removal.
