Overview
It should only be necessary to remove a company file if requested by CLEARIFY engineering to do so. If there is corruption in a particular QB file, and you have multiple files listed, engineering may request that you remove the other files to isolate the corrupted one and perform a few troubleshooting steps.
This will remove the highlighted Company file and the associated company data.
NOTES:
- A large file may take a few minutes to have its data removed from QQube.
- If you are removing the only listed QuickBooks file, then you must add another company, or revert back. QQube won't let you leave a blank slate in the company list.
