As Of Dates for Specific Data Models

Overview

Three QQube data models require an As Of Date during extraction:

Accounts Receivable
Accounts Payable
Current Trial Balance

This setting controls

The date QQube uses when extracting balances for these three data models.

Why an As Of Date Is Required

Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable cannot be reconstructed reliably from transaction detail because of limitations in the Intuit SDK. QQube therefore extracts the corresponding QuickBooks reports for the selected date.

The Current Trial Balance also uses an As Of Date so QQube can retrieve the final account balances without loading all general ledger detail.

Set the As Of Dates

Select the required date for each data model in the QQube Configuration Tool.

Expected Result

QQube will extract each selected data model using the date shown in its corresponding As Of Date field.
