The QuickBooks Company Setup loads all of the lists, preferences, price levels, billing rates, custom fields from QuickBooks. 

This doesn't take long to load, and it is useful for the following cases:

1. Testing multiple company files (physically watch the process to test for synch errors)
2. Normalize accounts among multiple company files (check account numbers, spelling across all accounts, all companies)
3. Check data entry preferences (QuickBooks>Edit>Preferences) among multiple company files
4. Comprehensive Price Level Lists by customer by item
5. Comprehensive Billing Rates by by customer by item
