Overview

If you have exhausted the troubleshooting options in this guide, and you have communicated with engineering via a submitted ticket then follow these instructions to upload your QuickBooks File.

All files are confidential and are destroyed once they have been looked at.  If you need an NDA signed by our CEO Chuck Vigeant, M.Ed. please communicate that in your ticket.

[1] Create a QuickBooks Portable File

First, make sure you are in single user mode. Then go to File > Create Copy...

Select Portable Company File and click Next

Give it any name you want, with a .QBM extension and click Save

You will see the following warning message. Click OK

A message appears showing that the Portable File creation is in progress.

When the process is complete, a window appears showing the directory where the file was stored.

[2] Place Password in Text File

Put the admin password in a notepad (text) file with the name of the file to be uploaded.

[3] Upload the Files

Click on this link to upload both files: https://www.dropbox.com/request/xNx3sx4oN5KN5ZUHPGrz
