Use this procedure only after:
- You have completed the QQube troubleshooting guide.
- You have submitted a CLEARIFY support ticket.
- CLEARIFY Engineering has asked you to provide a copy of the QuickBooks company file.
Confidential file handling
Files supplied to CLEARIFY are treated as confidential and are destroyed after the review is complete.
If your organization requires a nondisclosure agreement, request one through your support ticket before uploading the file. The agreement can be signed by CLEARIFY CEO Chuck Vigeant, M.Ed.
