Overview
QQube extracts QuickBooks data in blocks called chunks. Larger chunks generally improve synchronization speed, but they also require more memory.
QQube uses tested default chunk sizes that provide the best balance of speed, stability, and accuracy for nearly all company files.
When tuning may be required
Some QuickBooks files contain unusually large transactions with many detail lines. This is most often seen with Sales Orders, Journal Entries, or Purchase Orders.
In these cases, CLEARIFY Support may instruct you to reduce the chunk size to prevent synchronization errors.
Support direction required
Do not change these settings unless a CLEARIFY support engineer provides the exact value to use.
Open Advanced Extraction Tuning
Open the advanced extraction settings in the QQube Configuration Tool as directed by CLEARIFY Support.
Enter the Support-Provided Value
The Synchronizer Tuning option becomes available after the advanced panel is opened. Enter only the value supplied by CLEARIFY Support.
Expected Result
The next synchronization will use the adjusted chunk size. Keep the setting in place until CLEARIFY Support instructs you to restore or change it.
