Overview
A CLEARIFY® support engineer may request your log and ask you to include advanced logging information.
To turn this feature on, open up the QQube Configuration Tool and highlight the Synch Logs section (on the left hand side as shown below), then Hold the Ctrl Key down, and then double click anywhere on the phrase "Synchronizer Log Entries" at the top of the QQube Configuration Tool.
When you do this successfully, you will see a "+" sign to the right of "Synchronizer Log Entries" - meaning that advanced logging is turned on.
You will then run the synch.
You will notice on versions later than Build 507, that the "Send to CLEARIFY Support" is disabled. You will need to highlight, check "Verbose Logs", save as a text file, and attach to your help desk ticket. If you use the Send button, the page will not load because of the size of the information in the log.
