Extraction Start Date

Overview

The Extraction Start Date setting controls how many recent years of QuickBooks transaction data QQube loads. Limiting the range can reduce synchronization time and produce a more manageable data set, especially for very large company files.

This setting controls

Choose up to 12 recent years of data, or leave the option unchecked to extract all available years.

Important

This option is not available when the QuickBooks company file uses serial or lot numbers.

Set the extraction range

Select the number of recent years you want QQube to extract. Uncheck the option when you need the complete transaction history.

Expected result

Future synchronizations will load only the selected number of recent years. Changing this setting does not affect QuickBooks data.
